Overview
Located in the Fairfax area. We are seeking a friendly Spa service aid to join our amazing team. Training will be provided. As a Spa service aid, you will be responsible for assisting with services such as body scrubs, massage and aroma therapy. Helping out with answering phone, responding to texts and setting appointments (if needed). As well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities
-Assist with services such as body scrubs, massage and aroma therapy
Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their visit
Process retail sales of spa products and services
Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to guests
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the spa
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not a must
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing payments -Navigating calendar and setting appointments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
This is a commission based job. Commission starts at 30% on a sliding scale and goes all the way up to 50%!!! You can easily make $6K per month. You will be given opportunities to make more also. There no cap to what you can make.
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Shift's Available
Part time: Day shift 2pm-9pm ( 1 person needed ) Full time: Morning shift 9am-2pm ( 2 people needed)
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
